Who we work with
Organisations that need people to turn up.
Go Forth Digital is a growth and AI visibility marketing agency for Australian allied health practices, wellness and recovery centres, fitness studios, churches and not-for-profits. The job is the same across all five: get you found on Google, Maps and in AI answers when someone nearby is looking, make the next step obvious on a phone, and follow up so nobody falls through the gap. What changes is the next step. For a clinic it is a booking. For a studio it is a trial. For a church it is a first Sunday. For a not-for-profit it is a donation, a volunteer or a referral.
One short form. We reply within one working day with next steps and a quote range.
Go Forth Digital is run by a founder with ten years in B2B sales and growth, who has co-owned a gym and carried its P&L, and spent five years building websites and systems for health and wellness businesses.
Sound familiar?
Six situations start most of the conversations we have.
Empty slots and half-full classes
Some appointments, sessions or classes are full and others sit empty, and you can’t see why.
Enquiries that come and go
Twelve one week, three the next, with no way to tell where the good ones came from.
A website that doesn’t book
People visit, look around on their phone and leave, because the price, the times or the booking button aren’t where they expect.
Not named when people ask AI
Someone asks ChatGPT who to book in your suburb, and a competitor gets named instead of you.
A front desk stuck chasing
Reminders, forms, follow-ups and reports done by hand, often in evenings nobody gets paid for.
A booking system that fights you
Double bookings, payments chased by hand and memberships that don’t renew on their own.
If two of those are true, the first conversation is worth thirty minutes. If none are, keep the link and come back when one is.

Allied health practices
Physio, psychology, OT, speech pathology, exercise physiology, dietetics and behaviour support, with private, health fund, Medicare and NDIS clients in the mix. More new patients and referrals, and fewer past patients lost between appointments.
How we work with allied health practices-
01
Physiotherapy
Clinics in crowded suburbs with an extras, WorkCover, CTP and NDIS mix who need to be the name in the answer.
-
02
Psychology
Practices balancing Better Access, NDIS psychosocial and private clients, with assessment demand outrunning intake.
-
03
Occupational therapy
Paediatric and NDIS practices with the heaviest report load of any profession.
-
04
Speech pathology
Clinics where parents search symptoms, not job titles, and the waitlist hides an intake problem.
-
05
Exercise physiology
Practices built on Medicare care plans, NDIS capacity building and WorkCover, and dependent on referrers.
-
06
Dietetics
Dietitians balancing Medicare, NDIS and private patients who need referrers to know they exist.
-
07
Behaviour support
Registered providers whose interim and comprehensive behaviour support plan reports eat practitioner hours.
-

Podiatry, chiro, osteo and more
Also podiatry, chiropractic, osteopathy, counselling and multidisciplinary practices. Tell us what you run and we’ll say in our first reply whether we’re the right fit.

Wellness and recovery centres
The first visit is the easy part. The business is in the second, the third and the tenth.
How we work with wellness and recovery centres-
01
Sauna, ice bath and contrast therapy
Sauna, ice bath, cold plunge, infrared and contrast therapy centres. We get you found by people searching nearby and named in AI answers, make sessions, packs, memberships and gift vouchers easy to book on a phone, and follow up after the first visit so more people come back and become regulars.

Fitness studios
Trials are the easy part. The business is in the members who stay.
How we work with fitness studios-
01
Pilates, yoga and boutique studios
Pilates, reformer, yoga, barre, boxing and PT studios. We get your classes found on Google, Maps and in AI answers, put the intro offer and timetable on the first screen, set up memberships and class packs that renew on their own, and follow up after trials so more of them become members.

Churches and Christian organisations
People look you up long before they walk in. They check the service time, whether there is anything for their kids and where to park, then decide before they have spoken to anyone. More newcomers finding you, visiting and coming back.
How we work with churches and Christian organisations-
01
Churches, ministries and Christian organisations
Local churches, ministries, Christian schools and faith based charities. We get your service times right on Google, Maps and in AI answers, build a site that tells a newcomer what to expect before they come, put your teaching where people can find it, and set up the welcome so everyone who fills in a connect card hears from you that week. Reduced rates for churches and Christian organisations.

Social impact and not-for-profits
Small teams, tight budgets and more to do than there are hours in the week. More of the right people finding you, supporting you and staying.
How we work with social impact and not-for-profits-
01
Charities, community groups and social impact organisations
Registered charities, community groups and social impact organisations. We get you found by the people who need your services and the people who fund them, make donating, volunteering and referring easy on a phone, and help you work out which free programs you are eligible for, starting with the Google Ad Grant.
Who we’re not right for
We’re not the right fit for every business, and it saves everyone time to say which ones.
- Solo practitioners who haven’t set up their Google Business Profile yet. Do that first. It’s free, and it’s the biggest single step for a one-person business. Come back when you’re ready to grow past what one person can fill.
- Support coordination, SIL and SDA providers. We’re not an NDIS agency. We work with allied health practices for whom NDIS is one funding stream among several.
- Anyone after a ranking guarantee or a report full of impressions. Nobody controls Google or the AI tools, and impressions don’t pay rent. We report enquiries, first bookings and past clients back. Read how we work first, or tell us what you need.
Frequently asked questions
Who does Go Forth Digital work with?
Australian organisations that need people to find them and turn up: allied health practices (physio, psychology, OT, speech pathology, exercise physiology, dietetics and behaviour support), wellness and recovery centres (sauna, ice bath, cold plunge and contrast therapy), fitness studios (pilates, reformer, yoga, barre, boxing and PT), churches and Christian organisations, and registered charities and social impact organisations.
Do you only work with allied health practices?
No. Allied health is where we started and it’s still a big part of the work, but the same problems show up everywhere: getting found nearby, turning a first visit into a regular one, and keeping staff and volunteers out of the chasing. The services are the same. The pages, the offers and the follow-up change with the organisation.
Do you work with churches and not-for-profits?
Yes, and not as a sideline. Churches, Christian organisations, registered charities and social impact organisations are part of what we do, with reduced rates for churches and Christian organisations. The work is the same shape as the rest: get found locally and in AI answers, make the next step easy, and follow up properly. See churches and Christian organisations or social impact and not-for-profits.
Do you work with NDIS providers?
Yes, when NDIS is one funding stream in an allied health practice, alongside private, health fund and Medicare clients. We set up pages, intake and reports with NDIS in mind. We don’t work with support coordination, SIL or SDA providers, because that’s a different business with different buyers.
My type of business isn’t listed. Can you still help?
Possibly. We also work with podiatry, chiropractic, osteopathy, counselling and multidisciplinary practices, and with other businesses whose clients book online. Tell us what you run and what’s not working, and we’ll say in our first reply whether we’re the right fit.
Do you work with businesses outside the Gold Coast?
Yes. We’re based on the Gold Coast and work with businesses across Australia by video, with in-person meetings across South East Queensland. See where we work.
Tell us what you need
You know your business. We know how to get it found and booked. Tell us what you need help with, we’ll find what’s in the way and clear it, so you can go forth.
