Growth and AI visibility for pilates, yoga and fitness studios
Full classes. Members who stay.
Go Forth Digital is a growth and AI visibility partner for pilates, reformer, yoga, barre, boxing and PT studios across Australia. We get your studio found on Google, Google Maps and in AI answers, turn intro offers into memberships, fill your quiet classes and bring lapsed members back. Every engagement starts with a digital strategy scoped to your studio, quoted in writing and done by the founder.
Catherine Withers, the founder, co-owned and ran a fitness business, including its memberships and P&L, launched a studio's membership system and signed its first members, and has spent five years building websites and booking systems for health and wellness businesses.
Sound familiar?
Your 6am reformer class has a waitlist. Your 11am has three people in it. And last month's intro offer sold well, but hardly anyone joined.
- Someone searches “reformer pilates near me” and three other studios show up first on Google Maps.
- Intro offers sell, then expire without a single follow-up message.
- Members pause, then quietly cancel, and nobody notices until the numbers drop.
- ClassPass fills spots but takes a cut, and those visitors rarely buy direct.
- Your Instagram is busy, but you can't tell which posts book classes.
- A new local asks ChatGPT for a barre studio nearby, and your studio isn't mentioned.
You don't need more content. You need a system that turns interest into booked classes, and booked classes into members who stay.
What you get when we work together
-
Get found
Show up when people search Google, open Maps or ask ChatGPT for a pilates, yoga, barre or boxing class near them. You get a page for each class type and level, a complete Google Business Profile, and consistent details everywhere.
-
Get booked
You get a fast website that shows the timetable, sells the intro offer and takes the booking on a phone, connected to Mindbody, Glofox, Momence, bsport or whatever you run. There are fewer clicks between interest and a booked class.
-
Get time back
Automated reminders cut no-shows. Intro-offer follow-ups move trials to membership, and win-back messages reach members before they cancel. You coach. The system follows up.
Want a quick win first? Lapsed members already know your studio. The Rebook Sprint contacts them from your own booking system and puts them back in your classes within 14 days. The Rebook Sprint
How do you turn intro offers into members?
By treating the intro offer as the start of a membership, not a discount.
Most studios run a good intro offer, then go quiet. We build the path from first class to member:
- an offer that's simple to buy online
- a reminder before every booked class
- a message after the first class from the instructor who taught it
- a nudge to book the next class
- a clear membership offer before the intro period ends
Members whose attendance drops get a check-in before they cancel. It all runs from your booking system, so it happens even when you're on the floor all day.
Built for how fitness studios run
- Classes, capacity and waitlists: timetables change, classes fill and waitlists move. Your pages and booking flow should show what's available now.
- Intro offers, packs and memberships: intro offers, class packs, unlimited memberships, PT packages and casual drop-ins, each set up so it's easy to buy and easy to understand.
- Your software stays: Mindbody, Glofox, GymMaster, Momence, bsport, Mariana Tek or another platform. We work with what you have, or help you choose and set up something better through our booking and membership systems service.
- Booking apps in their place: ClassPass and similar apps can fill quiet classes. We make sure most of your bookings come direct, where you keep the margin and the relationship.
- You own everything: the website, the domain, the content, the ad accounts and the automations.
How it works
- 1. Tell us what you need A sentence or two is enough: what's working, what isn't and what you want more of.
- 2. We find the gap worth the most We look at your numbers: class fill by time slot, intro offers sold each week, how many trials become members, monthly cancellations and where new members come from. Then we check how your studio shows up on Google, Maps and in AI answers. You get a written plan with the scope, the cost and the numbers we expect to move, before you spend anything.
- 3. We do the work and report monthly The founder builds it, writes it and sets it up. Every month you see intro offers booked, trials converted to members and lapsed members back.
Why studio owners work with us
- You deal with the founder. The person who scopes your work does your work.
- We've run a membership business: sold the memberships, carried the P&L and launched a studio's membership system.
- You see the numbers you run a studio on: bookings, conversions and retention, not likes.
- Scope, cost and target numbers go in writing before anything starts.
- If it won't pay for itself yet, we'll tell you.
Frequently asked questions
What does a growth and AI visibility partner do for a fitness studio?
It fills your classes and keeps members longer. For us that means getting your studio found on Google, Maps and in AI answers, making the intro offer easy to buy and book online, and turning trials into members with follow-up that runs on its own.
How do people find pilates and yoga studios online?
Mostly through Google Maps and “near me” searches, and more and more by asking ChatGPT or Google's AI. Both favour studios with a complete Google Business Profile, recent reviews, a clear page for each class type and the same details everywhere.
Should we keep using ClassPass?
It can fill quiet classes, so it's worth keeping as a top-up. The aim is that most of your bookings come direct, where you keep the full price and the member relationship.
Which booking software do you work with?
Mindbody, Glofox, GymMaster, Momence, bsport, Mariana Tek and most platforms with online booking and memberships. If yours is holding you back, our booking and membership systems service helps you choose a better one and move across.
Can you help reduce cancellations?
Yes. Cancellations usually start with a drop in attendance. We set up check-ins when a member's visits slow down, plus pause options and offers that keep them on your books. You see cancellation numbers every month.
How much does it cost for a fitness studio?
Pricing is quote-based, scoped to your studio, your goals and what needs fixing first. As a guide, all ex GST: one-off projects such as a strategy, website or booking system range from $1,500 to $10,000, ongoing work on one service ranges from $800 to $6,500 a month, and a full-service retainer ranges from $3,000 to $8,000 a month. You get the scope and price in writing before anything starts.
