How we work: founder-led, senior-only, you own everything

No juniors, no hand-offs.

Go Forth Digital is a growth and AI visibility marketing agency for Australian allied health practices, wellness and recovery centres and fitness studios. Catherine, the founder, runs every job from the first conversation to the monthly report, with no account managers and no juniors. We start with your numbers, build what they point to, then keep tuning. You own everything we build from day one.

One short form. We reply within one working day with next steps and a quote range.

Go Forth Digital is run by a founder with ten years in B2B sales and growth, who has co-owned a gym and carried its P&L, and spent five years building websites and systems for health and wellness businesses.

Evidence based, then built

We start with what your numbers already show, not with a package we brought with us.

  1. Look

Your bookings, enquiries, first visits, how many clients come back and where they come from. Then how you show up on Google, Maps and in AI answers, next to the businesses around you.

  2. Build

The fix your numbers point to first: pages in your clients’ words, booking connected to the system you already run, follow-up that books enquiries before they go cold. Scope, cost and the numbers we expect to move are agreed in writing first.

  3. Stay on

How people find and book changes every few months now, so we keep tuning. Every month you see what moved and what didn’t.

Every service sits in one of four steps: plan, get found, get booked and get time back. We start with the step that’s costing you the most bookings. See all services.

The first 90 days

AI mentions and time back take a quarter to show, so the first 90 days are about direction and evidence, not activity.

  1. Month one

Strategy agreed. The research runs in KYM AI: your own Search Console, Google Analytics and ads accounts, the businesses you compete with, and the searches and AI questions your clients use. Baseline set. The build starts.

  2. Month two

The build goes live: pages, booking flow or automation, whichever the plan called for. First report against the baseline. Early movement usually shows on long, specific questions before short ones.

  3. Month three

Review against the month one numbers: what moved, what didn’t and what changes next quarter. Nothing rolls on by habit. You decide with the report in front of you.

Most one-off projects run two to eight weeks: a strategy in two to four, a website in six to eight. Ongoing work then runs month by month. Review, report, adjust. Same person, same numbers.

What the monthly report shows

The numbers you run a business on: enquiries, first bookings and past clients back. The visibility behind them sits underneath.

01

Enquiries

Forms, messages and booking requests, and which page, search or AI answer each came from.

02

First bookings

New clients booked in your booking system, against last month and the baseline.

03

Past clients back

Clients who had drifted off and booked again, from follow-up, reminders and win-back.

Underneath sits the visibility that drives them: where you show up on Google and Maps for the searches we agreed, whether AI tools name you for the questions your clients ask, and what changed on your site and Google Business Profile. If we’ve built automation, the hours it saves sit there too. Visibility is the early signal. Bookings are the scoreboard. Impressions on their own never make the front page.

The numbers come from KYM AI (KnowYourMarket.ai), an independent research platform that reads your own Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta accounts and puts them beside what the businesses around you rank for and spend on. Its report sits inside ours, with nothing retyped on the way through. It’s the same evidence the strategy was built on, so the plan and the proof come from one place. We can’t fudge numbers we don’t produce, and that’s the point.

Who does the work

Catherine does, from the first conversation to the finished work.

Strategy, pages, booking setup, automations, measurement and the monthly call all run through the same person. When a project needs deep specialist skill, like custom development, design, app builds or AI systems, Catherine brings in senior specialists in that field. She stays your one point of contact and accountable for the result, and you know who’s involved before they start. There are no account managers and no juniors. That’s why we take on a limited number of businesses at a time, and why we quote to scope instead of selling packages.

What comes with every service

  • Catherine Withers, the founder, does the work, from the first conversation to the finished job. No hand-offs, no juniors.
  • Your scope and quote in writing before anything starts.
  • You own everything we build: the site, the content, the ad accounts and the data.
  • One monthly report on enquiries, bookings and clients back, with the visibility behind them. It runs on KYM AI, an independent platform, so the numbers don’t come from us marking our own homework.
  • Advertising rules built in: Ahpra rules for registered practitioners, consumer law for everyone.
  • Set up in the systems you already run: Cliniko, Halaxy, Splose, Nookal, Mindbody, GymMaster and more.
  • No long lock-ins. Ongoing work runs on a three-month initial term, then month to month.

Frequently asked questions

Who will we be dealing with day to day?

Catherine, on every call and in every document. There’s no account manager between you and the person doing the work. When a project needs a specialist, like a developer, designer or AI systems expert, Catherine brings them in, tells you who and why, and stays your contact.

How much of our time does it take?

About two hours in the first fortnight, then thirty minutes a week during a build and thirty minutes a month after that. Most of it is answering questions only you can answer: which services have room, what your front desk does with a new enquiry, what a first visit costs. No workshops.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope, and you get your quote in writing before anything starts. Pricing is quote-based and set in ranges. As a guide, all ex GST: one-off projects such as a strategy, website or booking system range from $1,500 to $10,000. Ongoing work on one service, such as SEO, ads management or social media, ranges from $800 to $6,500 a month. A full-service retainer covering strategy, SEO, AI visibility, ads management, social media and monthly reporting ranges from $3,000 to $8,000 a month. Each service page shows its own range.

How soon will we see results?

Google Business Profile fixes and ads can bring enquiries within weeks. New service pages usually take three to six months to settle, and the first AI mentions on specific questions usually show within three months. Automation saves time from the week it switches on. We report from month one, so you see the direction before the volume.

What happens if we want to stop?

Ongoing work runs on a three-month initial term, then month to month with a month’s notice. Everything is already in your accounts, so handover is documentation, a walkthrough and the removal of our access, done within a week. Nothing is switched off and nothing is held back.

Do you work with businesses that already have a website and an agency?

Yes, and the first job is telling you what to keep. If the site is sound, we build on it. If your agency reports impressions, we’ll show you what enquiries and bookings look like instead and let you decide. We don’t need a clean slate to start.
